A note from Taryn - RADS Warrior:- "when coming into contact with any of the above triggers, if I can smell it, I will immediately try to move away. If I can't, the first reaction I notice is I may cough and then my voice begins to sound horse - like I have laryngitis - then within a short time I can feel my airways begin to close (I start to suffocate) and I need to immediately move to clean air. It is an extremely scary and at times life threatening condition/disease to have, however the good news is, I have found ways to live with it and manage it, so I can function a lot easier in every day life. Panic attacks and anxiety were an every day event until I learnt how to manage my RADS. It's all now in my book which is finished and now for sale, please click here to find out more."
