RADS Research
Thanks to the excellent work of a team of researchers in the UK, they have written the paper below which explains the successful treatment of RADS for the person they did their case study on.
If you are currently seeing a Doctor or Specialist in regard to your RADS then it may be very worthwhile printing this paper out and showing it to them or forward the email.
Under the guidance of her medical professionals, another RADS Warrior started taking Vitamin D and although it was not implemented until a few years after getting RADS, she reported it helped to reduce some of the severity of her triggers. She also had regular blood tests to ensure she wasn't taking too much.
While Vitamin D has worked for some people with RADS, we are all different and taking too much could be harmful , so it is important to consult with your Doctor or medical team first.
In an effort to learn more about RADS and who and how it's been contracted, we have also complied an extensive questionnaire and would very much apprentice other RADS patients participation. We hope to compile the worlds LARGEST database on people living with RADS and hope your input will assist and encourage more research into RADS and enable those with RADS to live with less triggers and make breathing easier.
We also hope it will highlight the importance of SAFETY in the WORKPLACE and promote more stringent Occupational Health and Safety processes to ensure chemical exposures are lessened.
We know the damage to our lungs happened in a matter of seconds and changed our lives forever ... and other workers and company owners need to be made aware of this fact.
Sadly in the past few years we are getting more calls and emails from people who are getting RADS from household cleaning products like bleach and various mold removers etc and not ventilating area's correctly.

SUCCESSFUL TREATMENT OF VCD (Vocal Cord Dysfunction)
There have been some people who, through their exposure and contracting RADS have also ended up with Vocal Cord Dysfunction (VCD). Again a research team in the UK has had success with a treatment for VCD so those of you with this may find this paper very helpful.
