Determination and passion from one woman is making a massive difference in the lives of many people all over the world!
Imagine, your whole life changing and possibly ending in the blink of an eye, from a simple breath! I always knew she had plenty of drive, but I never imagined just how far someone could go, in the hope that her message would help others.
From living a normal working life, to having her own life almost end from one breathe of toxic and contaminated air at her work, is where this all begins.No amount of convincing was going to stop her, driving a lone journey over thousands of miles, to help create awareness about this little-known condition called RADS.
During her self-funded trip across Australia, she hand-delivered printed flyers she designed and paid-for herself, to every hospital possible along the way.
Taryn has been personally funding RADS International website and the breathing issues website to keep these important websites and information available to people around the world since 2013.
Her new life consists of spending countless hours, day and night on the phone speaking to people from around the world with RADS to offer support and education. She has served as an advocate and has also assisted families of people with RADS to help better understand living with this unique condition. A calm and sensible voice on the phone to help people with RADS through very difficult times, has been a great comfort for others struggling to live with RADS, but she is only one person.
I think her efforts are so commendable and deserve praise and help. It would be wonderful for her to receive financial sponsorship or support from a company or person to champion and help continue the amazing work she does.
